From the outside it looks modern and clean like any other shopping center complex. This used to be Sports Authority, but it close up. I'm not sure why, but every time I come I see EPD vehicles out front. Could be a theft problem or just happened to be on their break either way I agree there should be deterrent. Inside is somewhat safe and all, but it's a huge store and anything can happen. The store has two posted security guard in front. However, they're limited to their actions of what they can ad can not do. Store selection is nice and price right compared to Marshall's or Ross. Quality is better and workers are helpful and lines are zippy.

Pretty good one! Shoe selection is great. The usually madness. The people here will actually help you find something which is nice. 4 star for the clothes that all blend together.

I love shopping at Nor. Rack. They have some of the best fashion. Top of the line merchandise all the time and quality service. The only suggestion I have is that the retailers "disclutter" the racks of clothing for the convenience of shoppers. The stores hold ton of items and its hard to sort through the abundance of this that's and the others when everything is so congested. Other than that I love "the rack!"

The cashier that I experienced was not friendly. I asked her a few questions during the return process, and she had an attitude and never smiled once. They need to hire better customer service driven cashiers that actually want to be there.

So I was there a little over a week ago and I really needed a new belt. I'm there with two of my friends and I'm like "I need a new belt" and they're like "ok" so then we walk in and we spent like 20 minutes tryna find a good belt that fits. Finally, I picked a reversible Penguin belt. We also got to look that their extensive clout goggle selection and picked which ones we were going to get knockoffs of at the flea market.
