The manager Michelle at this Emeryville location was extremely rude. I came in to price match and I've already been there 3 times in the past week trying to price match the item. Each time i get the run around and finally Michelle the manager was in tonight and I showed her the walmart application to price match. She was rude and said how much she's not going to give me the toy for that price and it's in her policy because she will get in trouble. I informed her that a lot of people have gotten the toy for that price and I could show her the receipts and I also told her that there is no where in her policy that she will get in trouble to price match a toy for $10!!! Long story short, she humiliated me in front if the store and acted as if she was better than me. She told me that I had to leave the store because she doesn't have to do anything for me. This store is completely ridiculous! Maybe they need to be under new management. If their manager acts that way then their employees will too. Zero stars!

Not enough staff trained correctly... the staff who do care are so overwhelmed because they are usually the only ones to show up for their shift. . Needs to get their store organized and every staff should be aware of current promotions they have. Should have more people working in the back of the store so they can help with the heavy items or restocking the floor....

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Had an online order for our nursery shipped to store for free pickup. After 2 weeks with no email, I called the store to check on the status. Status update: they sent it back. Had to re-order the items. This time I received the email saying the items were ready for pickup. Guess what: they "weren't there". Ended up calling customer service and having the items delivered to my home free of charge. That was great. I thought it was all over with until I received an email 3 weeks later saying I had picked up one of my items and was charged $170 to my card. By far, the worst experience I've ever had with the most incompetent staff.
