Bustling already, not a morning person, went to Appliance Dept. to pick up chest freezer. In & out, no stress. Associate was professional, courteous & helpful. Loaded freezer onto flatbed dolly. rolled to front of store; showed paperwork and take out to load into truck. Thank you

Not quite as neat or organized as our nearest Lowe's. Using the HD app to find items' location is helpful. Self checkout is a time saver when purchasing only a few items.

Robert Hepburn store manager was EXCEPTIONAL. He assisted us with a smile, helped us with our huge order ringing alk the items himself and helped us to get some savings. The best experience by fear in many years if coming to Home Depot.

Tonight was better than 95% of the time they had their intelligence staff on it wasn't overcrowded so they weren't overworked and the store was relatively stocks improper order

The manger at the Home Depot in Emeryville that hired only black women to serve as customer service counter associates is racist and sexist. The current manager lies and claims items you want to return were not charged on the credit card you present. He denies Home Depot tells customers they don’t need to have receipt if they return with same car presented that they purchased it from. When you present the receipt proving that yiou did buy with that card he does not apologize and refused to explain how that is possible. He denies that Home Depot tells customers they don't need a receipt if they have the original card. when I try to return things the return employees always steal some of them every time if iI bring a lot of small things. If I catch them and they don’t even apologize. I told the manger that almost all of the LED light bulbs are fraudulently labeled with exaggerated claims of the Lumens and he doesn’t care and still sells them. I was able to return the item after he threw me out of the store by going to the El Cerrito location. I suggest they make Lorenzo there the manager at the Emeryville store. He treats customers well, will look you in the face while talking to you and was able to easily find on the computer system that I indeed had bought the item with that credit card. He really can listen and converse well with complaining customers!!!!
