Staff is always friendly.  Selection is always great.  I love the shoe department!!!  A nice place to shop.  Also love Nordstrom rewards they give you points to then earn notes which saves you money.  Also during holidays and sale events they have little handheld devices to check you out quicker.  Customer service is truely something they strive for.

Store manager (Heather) is exceptional!  My wife and I used to shop from her at Nordstrom and was happy to see her as the store manager at Nordstrom Rack.  Any time I am in the store she is out assisting employees and guest.  All employees seem happy to work here.  Store is always clean and neat in appearance

I have nothing but great things to say about this Nordstrom Rack store! Special thanks for Darian for helping me find a pair of Rebecca Minkoff boots, everyone is courteous and wonderful! I have contacted another Nordstrom Rack store and it wasn't the same customer service, so I definitely appreciate great customer service when I see one.
