Terrible customer service. Received a pair of Steve Madden shoes for Christmas and tried to return them. The shoes have never been worn. They had the shoes on display. They refused to

Experience was good, we had a sweet young lady helping us find the perfect pair of sandals. We decided on a gorgeous new-in-stock pair (nude with flat straps and gold clasps and a tie around the ankle). Well, they broke after about 6 months. Strap came right out of the sole. Very sad for a $60 pair of sandals. Won't be buying again.
