I found my size for the safetstep shoes but the girl refuse to use the retailmenot coupons and they said it's valid and up to the cashier and she gave me a lesser coupon, i am upset with both of them.

Absolutely the worse customer service I ever received!!! I walked in no one was up front I walked for aisle to aisle shopping around ran into one lady whom didn't say anything so I assumed she was a customer just like me... Once I grabbed my 4 pairs of shoes of choice I went to the register to find the same lady sitting Indian style on the floor behind the counter on her phone I then said oh your the cashier and kinda laughed she said nothing stood up slowly while still texting continued to finish texting while standing right at the register then sat her phone down rung up my shoes! I then asked for the total she pointed to the screen!!!!!! I asked to use the20% Irma coupon she grabbed it scanned it the point to the screen again to show my total as we waited for my card to run she leaned with her arms folded against the back wall when the receipt printed she walked up grabbed it handed it to me and sat back down on her phone😤😤😤

That is the worse customer service experience. The employee was to busy talking with her friend to assist me with my return. I only purchased the shoes two days ago for a event and decided not to go. The purchase was done with a debit card, but cashier insisted they have to refund as a credit. I pointed out that the receipt states pin verified never again will so go to that location.. Horrible Horrible service... I did not even want to give them one star
