Security guys were great and the guy who did the inspection was pretty good. Other than that everything else was pretty bad. I had to file a claim because during shipment they managed to destroy my driver side rocker panel and snapped my parking brake cable on the passenger side. Ended up giving me $180 for the rocker panels but refused to pay for the broken parking brake. Additionally it was one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had. If your vehicle is in good conduction you are in luck. If you have to file a claim for the damages then I wish you the best. Avoid a lady named Lasalle if able. She is the one who ruined my experience.

Great friendly staff! Not very easy to find when we went due to road construction. But the staff really made the process go smoothly.

Picked up my car and inspected it, found several new scratches but they didn't need anything more than a buff so I was ok with it. I was wondering why my car was soaking wet, made me suspicious until I parked my car in my garage for the night. Woke up to my garage smelling like gas and finding my gas tank dripping and several scratches. I will be contacting them after the holiday, and if it isn't paid for I will be getting a lawyer involved.

This place is the absolute worst place to deal with. I had staff members screaming at me on the phone. Completely unprofessional and rude. They will tell you one thing on the phone then when you come in they will tell you something completely different. The lack of communication caused our last day in the states to be a nightmare and they were not even a little sympathetic to what our situation was. They did not need to make it as difficult as it was and honestly if you can get by using anyone else to deal with your vehicle do so. If we hadn't been leaving the country in 12 hours and had absolutely no choice but to jump through the hoops they kept throwing at us for 6 hours we would have done something else. If you don't want to deal with horrible, nasty, rude women then stay far far away from here.
