Service was fast.  Took 5 min to get into a truck and go.  Turning in the truck was faster.  Prices were way better when I called into Penske. Overall good experience.

Today I had a tow hitch installed on my truck and I have to say I was absolutely amazed with their people skills and customer service.  There was a delay in getting my truck finished and they sincerly apologized several times then gave me a discount for having to wait.   This is the only place I'll go the next time i need any of the wide range of repair/rental/supplies services they provide.

Good service,  efficient,  professional staff. Tip: make sure to sweep the truck out to avoid an extra $25 charge! (They do have a sign posted advising this)

Called to reserve a 10' truck, which they had available. At the end of making the reservation, I was suddenly cut off and transferred to another person who said she would transfer me back to the person I was talking to. This time I was cut off completely. I called back and got someone not at this location, but who said they would have the Woodlake location call me back. After waiting a couple of hours, with no call-back, I called them again. Of course, now the truck I wanted wasn't available. Horrible customer service. I had given them my phone number and email and they didn't have the courtesy to contact me to finish the reservation after they disconnected me. Will not recommend or try to do business with them again.
