Let’s face it,  we live in a world where evil exists and one day we all will have to look it in the face and deal with it.    When that evil changes your lives the only solution is truth and justice.

 My family and I were involved in an unimaginable situation that could only be described as a nightmare, unfortunately we couldn’t just wake up from it.  

Despite our difficult situation, Dan and his amazing team were our voice and warriors against the evil that made an attempt to damage our lives.

Having a moral compass and doing the right thing was his focus.  Truth is truth and that’s what needed to be known.  Dan and his team went above beyond my expectations from the very first day and all through the rest of this process.

Not only have I gained a resource for life’s unfortunate circumstances, I gained a friend.

Dan personally worked my case.  Considering the case was a long, dragged out and actually pretty hard case, I was pretty happy in the end. I moved in the middle of the case and was a good 2 hour drive from him, from day 1 he was always willing to help me out and send messengers to save me the drive, he has fed exed paperwork, and went above and beyond his services.  He is the type of guy who instantly makes me feel comfortable, he definitely isn't like your typical lawyer.  Let me also state my case had a lot to do with my daughter and Dan and his team always were great with her, it being her first experience dealing with legal advice and services and all.  I have already recommended him to others, and like I have already said, your distance from him makes it no more harder as he is wonderful with making things easier on his clients.  Oh, lets not also forget the yummy jolly ranchers he keeps on deck in the office.....lol.  If your looking for a dedicated, comfortable, friendly, hard-working team, trustworthy and yet blunt, one who you can count on to get you top dollar, use Dan, cus he's the man!
