Had vinyl floors installed. From the showroom to installation, very pleased with the outcome and service from Norman.

We used Normans Floorcovering to replace every single floor in our house. They helped us pick the carpet style, the linoleum colors and suggested adding Karndean in the high-traffic areas on the first floor of our house. They finished the week-long project October 2014. The price was fair, the workmanship exceptional and the customer service from the staff always helpful and courteous. We had such a good experience with Normans Floorcovering that our neighbors used our referral to have their floors replaced as well. Normans Floorcovering is good company to work with.

Our first experience with new kitchen countertops many years ago at our last house was excellent. In 2008, we moved and have had two projects done at this house. The first one was a bit bumpy, the week we were supposed to have the bamboo flooring put into our kitchen nook we got a call that they didn't have enough materials - to find another comparable bamboo flooring would be more costly. We switched to a large porcelain tile instead, had a couple of redo's which were fine. The last job, and I do mean last...was kitchen countertops with a porcelain tile, nearly half of the tiles were defective (two different batches), some of the coloring on many of the edges had not sealed at the factory for some reason so the color was wearing off. We worked on it for quite a while - they were good about trying to work out a fix but then just abandoned it and just gave us a free bottle of paint to "touch up" the edges when the coating would wear off. The company that sold them the tile had gone out of business I believe, but companies are bonded and insured to guarantee a happy customer. During the whole process it was requested by us several times to fix it and replace the tiles with quality tiles instead of defective ones. They wouldn't agree to do that. Just wanted to offer "fixes" to the problem. We've never heard from them again after the final "fix" of a paint bottle and a small paint brush. I know as a business person situations where you need to sometimes even take a loss on a job because it's just the right thing to do isn't pleasant. But the question I asked the men, "Would your wife accept this job if it were in her kitchen?" Didn't get a response. I'm not a perfectionist by any means but when I pay for a job to be done to my house I do want an A job, not even A+ necessarily, but certainly not a C or below.
