A SENIOR AUDITOR'S KNOWLEDGE AND ATTITUDE

Can you believe !!

They call her Senior Auditor

But it was very extremely hard to make her understood following 
BASIC BANK STATEMENT TERM. 
It took almost 7 months (May 2015 ~ Nov 2015 ) 
       = other word, "Wasted 7 months" -

                                       ==== BANK STATEMENT ====
                                    1st ISO 141231 ATM Settle
                                   * ISO is ATM service company abbreviation

She accepted ATM SETTLE as Gross Receipt and store profit !!
I gave her everything about store ATM machine, 
local agent and main company... But she ignored.

Here are problems
 1) any person a little experience of business could understand 
      those terms

     === sample terms of bank statement ===
     "CASH or CHECK DEPOSIT,"
     "SETTLE or REIMBURSEMENT" of any company's 

     But SHE DOES NOT 
     What type are those SHE TREAT any deposit AS 
     GROSS RECEIPT OF  SALES, AND INCOME.

 2) THIS IS HER ATTITUDE Against Any logical explanation
    'if you don't agree, at the end of this Audit, just file NC 242'
    That's it. No communication or  explanation available !!
    
 * NC242 = objection and request review the audit

3) Even the officer wasted time, NCDOR charges interest on their counting
