The guy checked us in the front and said everything was fine and was super nice. Waited almost four hours and walked back and the woman told me when I smiled in my picture that this is not a glamour shot. I didn't know until last second that my birth certificate was a color copy, and I wasn't aware of this fact until today, in which she informed me AFTER she took my photo. I just didn't like how rude all of the women are here.

Today I went with my daughter to get her after 9 pm license. The wait was not long and the officer that checked us in check in was friendly and funny. My daughter was excited to see the officer she had 6 months ago when she got her provisional license- he was really nice. She was called back within 5 min to the officer she had 6 months ago. After a few minutes she came to get me to sign paperwork and pay for her license. As the officer is preparing to print her license, i noticed she had the two pieces of mail that she and i was told to bring with us this time so she could get the Gold Stat stamp. I asked the officer if she got the Gold star to her license. And he said she needed to bring her birth certificate, social security card and two pieces of mail. I told him I was not aware she needed the birth certificate or social security card since we provided that the last time. He cut me off and said “I told you when you the last time.” Confused and taken back by the short and sharp tone in his voice, I said “6 months ago?” He did not respond. Instead of handing my daugter her temporary paper license, he threw them on the table in front of her. I could clearly see he was not having a good morning. I told him, i hope his day gets better. He said his day was going fine and why would i say that? I just smiled and attempted to walk away because i knew we were not the issue. The officer yelled for me to wait and met me and my daughter in the middle of the aisle (in front of other customers) and said, “it seems you are angry?” Taken back once again, I told him I did not care for his attitude. He goes on to deny what I felt and after a while after i did not engage with confrontation, he tells me to have a good day. We leave feeling some kind of way. Communication could have been better. My daughter then tells me after we leave the office he was drilling her about the hours i documented on her sheet. She felt he did not believe her and said someone would be checking. I feel if he had questions, he should have been professional and asked me, the parent of the minor. That action was so unprofessional on so many levels. We have forgiven the officer for his actions and moved on, but what I want to know, is it true that you have to bring your birth certificate and social security card again for your after 9 license?

Every menu on phone system tells you to call another number. Simple question that i will have to DRIVE over there and wait in line to ask. STUPIDITY DEFINED

This is the most ridiculous set up. 11 patrons waiting at 8am and only 1 worker. How is this legal? Get these folks some help!!!! I wouldn't work in these conditions for top pay of 35,000 a year! We've been here 3 times now for a simple ID and no one has been helpful. Needless to say I left the first time using some choice words loudly. Theres a plethora of things that could change with their customer service. I work with people everyday and this workflow is not effective. Its unconstitutional.
