From the time I get there the lady at front desk was very polite and helpful. When I checked in@ 10:23 he explained everything that I needed to take care of my business. When I got called Mr. Bowers waited on me the smile alone made my day he So cordial and made sure I was satisfied, and even went the extra mile, 11 I was out on my way!!! Very pleasant office, keep up the good job!!!

I am surprised at the quality of the service of the place. Took only 30 minutes to finish my business here. 

The staffs are really friendly and pleasant, and very helpful. They don't make things difficult. They also very helpful in explaining things to you, documents you need, whether you have correct documentation, etc. The place is clean and they have plenty of parking space.

I come on Wednesday so it may explain why the line is not long on my case. My friend took 2-3 hours, so it depends on luck. Try to come early to avoid long queues.

I spent 5 hours in this place but it was a great experience. From the first person you talk to until the last one, everybody was extremely polite, helpful and cordial. Big shout outs to Bolton and Bowers and the rest of the staff. Thank you all and keep up the excellent work! 4 stars due to the 5 hours spent.

Very clean great facility but, the staff was probably the unfriendliest staff from anywhere I have been. Nobody wants to be at the DMV on a Friday, staffing should not make it any worse. Rolling your eyes and giving attitude to a customer and telling them "I didn't ask you to come to my desk yet" is so rude. avoid this location if you can, i know I will.

Had an appointment at 10:30 for license renewal and name change. I was out by 11:00!   Everyone there was proficient, polite and quick!  I totally recommend an appointment!
