I wish I could leave multiple reviews here. They are so fabulous. I've been a patient for many years. They definitely take an interest in helping each individual. They have really done their best every time I've gone. The most recent thing that happened was I got annoyed with one of the administrative ladies, and my doctor found out and made sure I got a phone call with a personal apology! It wasn't really even a big deal, but they take patient satisfaction very seriously. They always have. I feel fortunate to be a patient here.

This is a GREAT place! I've only visited twice as well as my daughter and never waited more than 10 minutes to be called back. Every time we was in and out within an hour! Surprisingly as I was use to an upscale doctor office in Columbia and I rank them the same! All I can say is Thanks!

This place is a joke. The staff here have no idea what services the facility even offers. I sat up an appointment here 2 weeks ago explaining my only reason for the visit was to continue my PrEP therapy. I had to explain to the staff what this even was after explaining they sceduled my appointment. I show up to the appointment only for the doctor to say she doesn't prescribe PrEP. What the hell? This is therapy that has always been managed by my primary care physician? They are completely unequipped for modern medicine and have a very low knowlege base. Thank goodness there was Doctor Bauer in Ballantyne who was knowledgable and got me in less than an hour after I was here because these people were trying to refer me to Affinity who had no appointments until 11/16/17. They have no business taking anyones money for any type of healhcare services. Places like this are the reason that HIV spreads ramapantly in the South. They have no education in HIV, the spread of HIV , or the prevention of the spread of HIV. A COMPLETE JOKE.

This place is a joke their doctors suck and they have no desire to help anyone I changed doctors real quick and the only reason I ever went was because the er made the appt Will not go back for squat

Took my son here, going back Friday, staff nice so far. I'll follow up. Update: This is one of the most compassionate, caring,  facilities. All of the personal from the front desk assistant, the doctor every one of them was super nice, they really couldn't do much anything but help get my son into a GI doctor and they did it thank you God for places and professional caring people like this.
