Receptionist has no idea what she's doing. They refused to see my newborn with jaundice even though the hospital faxed over needed paperwork and told me to take him to the ER. Don't worry about calling the main office to file a complaint. We did that and the representive we spoke to completely disregarded our concerns and tried to talk over us with no sympathy. Terrible experience for a child's first visit to the doctors. After waiting 2 hours a doctor finally came out and told us we wouldn't be seen because my address in my hospital paperwork differed from my ID. Didn't know people weren't allowed to move. Can't actually rate the doctors since we didn't get seen but the 1 star is for the experience, customer service and facility. 

Finally saw the doctor here. Dr. West was good and the nurse was pleasant so I added another star.

I’ve been taking my daughter here for a year and today I finally switched to a office. This place is terrible. We always wait an hour + for a 3 min visit. Dr West always seems to brush off any issues we have as unimportant. I would never suggest anyone go here

With four kids we have seen many pediatricians and this place is by far the worst.  I don't claim to know a lot, but I know my kids and I expect a doctor to at the very least listen.  I feel like that does not happen here.  They seem to be understaffed.  I have also witnessed blatant  hippa violations and a disregard for privacy.  Also, If you call expect to leave a message which will not be returned.  I feel drained every time I leave.  Do your kids a favor and don't come here.

I use to love bring my son here since he was A baby now he is 7 and as of today I hate it since that new black lady (the doctor) started she is very rude wouldn't even see my son today and he was very sick I never go back again
