I saw Dr. Richardson (she's a doctor) last week and she was really nice and took time with me. The nurse was really very sweet and also the lady who does the blood draw. The front dest people are polite and helpful. I have no problem with this office. Yes, there are alot of NP and they do need more doctors. So far I have seen a doctor, a NP and another doctor. Not a problem if you get the care you need. This location has gone through a lot of changes recently and Dr. Bechtel is missed be all including me, but we should move on, I don't think he's not coming back.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had been a patient here for eight years when I decided to move on to a new primary care physician. Particularly because of the newest nurse practitioner. When she had to pull out a book of prescriptions to look up what medicine to put me on for my blood pressure really made me lose confidence in her. Now the same nurse practitioner just told my mother, who has been a patient almost since the offices opened that she cannot get any of her prescriptions filled until she comes in. Apparently they have a new rule that you have to come in every six months to get your prescriptions filled. She "graciously" gave my mother one week of her prescriptions for her chronic conditions. This place has absolutely gone down hill. Do not waste your time going here.

Zero stars, terrible since the exodus of professionals including dr Bechtel. Extortionist that create reasons for you to have to keep making appts so they can collect more fee’s.

I have been a patient at the Lake Wylie location for about 12 years now. Over the course of the last year or so, service has drastically decreased as their primary doctors left the practice. Now you would be lucky to see a doctor, since the majority of their care is provided by NP's. Recently I was diagnosed with diabetes (by a Endo specialist) during my first visit even though I was there for something different. Yet Caromont was never able to diagnose it during the dozen of visits I had due to the symptoms. The most recent problem and final straw is the office has now let me run out of medications due to not approving the requests for Aetna mail pharmacy and Walgreens. Thanks to them either denying or ignoring the requests, I am as of now off of 2 medications cold turkey. I will be finding another doctor office and would suggest anyone considering using them to look elsewhere.

Been a patient here for as long as they had been open never had a problem with them until October. I had a swollen lymphode on my arm pit and had it checked out because I had a light fever which is meant to be the signs of infection. So they took blood my white blood cell count was fine. The doctor sent me home to do heat compress. Which I thought would be helpful until my fever continued raising and my lymphone swelled more. So then I had to come in for another $244 dollar visit for an antibiotic Bactrim. Well the antibiotic was giving me a rash and I had symptoms of allergic reaction so I came back he prescribed be three days more or it and told me to schedule with a surgeon to cut out what he thought was a cyst. I refused to continue taking it because of how bad it made me felt until my symptoms got worse so I called again about the rash getting worse and the fever. He said take the rest of the meds up to the surgery so on 11/8/17 I had an allergic reaction to the Bactrim ( the day I took it again after not taking it ) throat swole shut luckily I have had previous ones so I did the precautions well as I fix it to where I'm not having an allergic reaction to the medicine the doctor prescribed me. My fever skies up to over 104 I borderline go into septic shock I fall into my parents room unresponsive. And I literally had the Steele Creek ER and CHS Northeast save me due to the incompetence of this medical staff not doing the correct tests on an infection. If that doesn't make it clear where to stay away. Hope that someone can save you.
