I just recently moved to Flagstaff and had always previously had very bad experiences at medical offices! North Country really changed that for me. My doctor asked me many questions and really took time to listen to my problem. She was patient and answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend their care!!

WARNING: If you pay in advance for services (filling, crown) plan on  waiting 5 or so months to get your refund. I spent $300 on a crown that the dentist decided I didn't need. I asked for a refund and got the run around for 5 MONTHS and I am STILL WAITING for my money. No one takes responsibility, no one will tell me when I will get my money. I have resigned to either calling a lawyer or accepting I'll never see my money again. I have been told 6 times I would get it in 3 weeks over a 5 month period.

We were so happy with our visit here. The nurse and doctor were wonderful!! We were in and out of there within 30 minutes!

I am eternally grateful for Northcountry Healthcare and the wonderful staff here!! Wow,  never before have I had an American Doctor that took the time to thoroughly understand and answer all my questions.  I'm so appreciative of the pharmacists and for Dr.  Corey for their time and expertise.  Thank you!!!
