The employees are very helpful and polite. There are certain options and services one must choose. You can delay your preference/decision, they're very accommodating, but they didn't remind me to decide so keep that in mind.

I can all of my needs taken care of in one place. Most of the staff are friendly, polite, and professional. I am so happy they are here to help us.

Dr. Jura is a great pediatrician and my boys love her. That is Spectrum's only saving grace. Customer/Patient service is terrible, lost records, failure to send documents on several occasions. A few of the MA's could really use a course in "People skills" as well. I recommend seeking other options first.

I worked here and it is a great place to work. Very friendly people and very good benefits.

Quality of care leaves much to be desired. Staff are very good but they are overbooked so very little time is spent with each patient.
