The entire process of trading in our old camper and purchasing a new camper was wonderful. Every employee we had contact with was personable, friendly and made us feel like they had our best interest in mind. The salesman we dealt with, Tyler, continues to provide excellent customer service when I have questions, long after the sale was completed.

Visited the dealer to look at travel trailers and I must say it was a pleasant experience. We worked with a new guy Tyler who knew his stuff and was really respectful. A family owned business with the customer in mind atmosphere. We look forward to doing business with them soon.

There aren't enough positive adjectives to describe our experience with North Country RV--especially our interaction with Brian and the service team.  My husband and I purchased a Lance trailer at a dealer closer to our northern MN home--the trailer had some warranty issues that were not fixed properly and following an unfortunate accident with a deer we looked for another Lance dealer to have it fixed.  We feel blessed to have found North Country--the work they have done is superlative; you can tell they care about quality and the customer and Brian is personable and it's easy to work with him. We feel they have gone above and beyond to help us even though we did not originally purchase from them.  Should we decide to trade in the future, we know where we will head for a new trailer.  We highly recommend them!

We bought our Lance a few years ago from North Country,  The process of selecting and acquiring the trailer was truly a great experience all around.  We decided to upgrade to a larger trailer and went back to North Country to purchase our new trailer.  We enjoyed working with Stephanie who is extremely knowledgeable and patient.  She sat with us and answered all our questions - and the ones she didn't know she contacted the manufacturer for the answer.  We felt she went above and beyond to get us into the perfect trailer for us.  Great group of people.
