This dumbass showed up to pick up our jeep and refused to leave when asked - then ordered to do so.  My husband had to show him where his truck was and escorted him to the door.  We SOLD this jeep 2 months ago, paid it off in FULL and the buyer has even received the title and Lien Release.  I feel like I have lost 30 IQ points just speaking to 11th hour recovery.

When you have a repo do you have to come by appointment only or can you come between the business hours?

Owner was okay, when the information was settled. Staff need training on how to communicate with the public on there rules. Otherwise helpful and professional

Five starts is not enough credit to this company! They definitely were worth the call!

11th hour to the rescue!  Our first big snow this year left me stranded in the ditch on the wrong side of the road.  My 11th hour tow truck guy was professional, friendly, and had me out of there in no time.  I would absolutely use them again, and recommend them to all of my friends and family.  Thank you!!!
