I have been going to North Creek Animal Hospital for about 10 years now!  Dr Hellerich and her staff are awesome! I know that they truly care about my fur babies! I guess staying with them for 10 years just about says it all! I would not go anywhere else!

Made champ first experience to the vet  comfortable.  Staff went out of their  way to get him out of my vehicle saying he had never been on a leash before. When They treated him for his ear infection they made sure that he was not in pain. Staff was very friendly and considerate.

Their doctors are  the best in town, very friendly staff, they always follow up my dog's medication shots and prevention . Doctors are very emotional involved w the dogs which it's hard to find anywhere. I love this place. They treat us excellent every time we visit them

North Creek is not the cheapest vet clinic but probably is the most caring. We had a negative experience with another Kilgore vet and decided to try them out. Glad we did. They are very thorough and are not just herding dogs and cats through there they way some of the other clinics do. Our Boston terrier has issues and they carefully and thoroughly dealt with each one.  It does cost money, so if price is everything to you, they are probably not the best choice, but if you need true high quality health care for your pet, North Creek is probably your best choice.  Good service is seldom cheap and cheap service is seldom good.

Fantastic Vet, knows the intricacies of taking care of animals, at a reasonable price. Doesn't hurt that it has a nice view too.
