Place sucks. They treat you with disrespect, lie when your scripts are due. Make up lame excuses. Scripts have been filled incorrectly. No gloves used when dumping pills into their pill counting machine (germs galore). Possible issues with DEA.. I'd highly recommend finding an alternative pharmacy (that is unless you just need your simple cholesterol medication filed).

Apparently they can randomly stop filling prescriptions without notice and leave you high and dry. The delivery is nice but not if they don't feel like doing the prescription

I was squeezed into an appointment with my dr who shares an office with the pharmacy. This is the first time I went to this location. The blonde who works at the pharmacy was wiping down counters with Clorox wipes, which I happen to be deathly allergic to. I got a mask from my dr's office, but stepped outside to get insurance information. The blonde walked outside and I told her I was allergic to what she was using. She said, "To alcohol." I replied yes, "To isopropyl alcohol? How can you be allergic to that. How can you even be in a doctor's office because that is all they use?" I said I was allergic (like cannot breathe allergic). She said she was not going to stop cleaning her door for the health of others. She was rude and should not be working with the public.

Refuse to fill LEGITIMATE PRESCIPTIONS discrimination at its finest. Then Pitiful enough to lie about the reason making up lies about regulations . absolutely sickening these pharmacists who do this to chronic pain patients all need to be stopped and sued this is discrimination against the disabled.

Fort Myers Prescription Shop is great. I have used them and I think they provided really great service, both quick and accurate. The prescriptions are always ready on time which is very important, especially when you do not have a lot of time to stop and wait. I think they do a really good job here, staff are terrific.
