Every time the female vet tech cuts my Yorkies' nails she cuts the quick on at least one or two nails. This is the third time this has happened with her clipping his nails. There is a guy with a ponytail that has cut my dogs nails 4 or 5 times, and this hasn't happened once with him. What's worse is that she is very condescending and doesn't take responsibility for it. I took him to get his nails cut today, and he bled a lot after she cut his quick. Initially, she told me that she had not, at which point I highlighted the blood on the table, and she conceded that she had "maybe cut him a little bit." When I brought him home my girlfriend saw the blood she rushed back up there to ask what happened. The same vet tech told her that the reason for his bleeding could have occurred on his way home and she had never cut our dogs nails before today, so this wasn't a repeat issue. One thing I can guarantee is that she will not cut his nails again, as we are in the process of looking for a new veterinarian.

My dog had to get surgery today and Being a concern dog owner the staff really made everything reassuring! I cannot Thank them enough for making us feel at ease.

I really love this clinic! The techs are always accommodating and seem to really care about their animal patients. Thank you guys so much for taking care of my baby!

The vet clinic's office assistant changed since last I went over a year ago. The assistant was disorganized.  The vet and assistant seemed to be struggling with more the one appointment on the day I took my pet for a routine visit.  They also were out of rabies certificates, and they never mailed one to me. I had to go there for a separate trip just to get my certificate.  Way too disorganized.
