North Lake Contracting is simply exceptional! Timely, professional...and something even better - kind. This team is the real deal. I cannot say enough about the top-of-class quality and service my family and I were given. We had an entire new roof (wild old Victorian roof), gutters, window raps,  a few miscellaneous things. This team delivered top quality on every front. We have found a lifetime partner in North Lake Contracting.

I hired Tim at North Lake to do a gutter job. After the free estimate, which was quick, he had a great crew out to do the job, it looks and works great. I'd use his service again.

North Lake took the time to walk me through the entire process and handled everything directly with my insurance company to get me the best roof possible and to get everything approved. I felt like I fully understood the process and the timeline, and best of all there were no "surprises" during the process. Things happened exactly as they said they would.
Everyone that I worked with and talked to at North Lake throughout the process of getting a new roof was completely professional and courteous. They always followed up promptly for all of my questions. They explained their contract, their process and the process with the insurance company very thoroughly. The customer service was excellent, and they stood behind their product and their installation.

Thank you North Lake Contracting for an outstanding job on my home!  The entire process, from the inspection of the roof, to help with color selection of siding made this experience interesting and enjoyable.  The project manager, Mark Murphy, was excellent in communicating with the installers my concerns and desires.  His patience and knowledge were invaluable.  Everything was on time and done in a very professional and neat way.  I can't say enough about what courteous and competent employees you have.  My home has been transformed from ugly to the best on the block.  I highly recommend you for anyone needing roofing, window or siding services.  Thank you again.
