So this is my first experience as a mother at an elementary school and I am beyond impressed as far as what my child has learnt and i give the credit to the teacher. At first because of the reviews I was skeptical and my child's initial classroom left me feeling uneasy but the principal handled it quickly and efficiently and not once was I made to feel wrong for asking to move my daughters class. Beyond elated that I did! Ms Smith the kindergarten teacher at this school has already done an AMAZING job with my child. I can't believe how much my little girl has come along in such a short amount of time. I think that they're making changes as necessary and maybe having teachers like Ms. Smith train some of the other faculty would be a good idea.

This school is horrible.my child didn't have spelling test because her teacher told the students it wasn't important. Teacher/parent communication is almost nonexistent. I have other children who attended other elementary schools in Polk county and they tested much higher.
