If you like to sit down and wait couple hour to get service, this is your place!

Very kind and effective costumer service. Best price for car insurance I found in Miami. I will recommend Geico to friends!

Started with the service number 14 and After 45 min still at number 14. Extremity slow and the people working there did not care. At least 5 people just talking. Worse than the DMV.

If I could leave 0 star I would...I went early this morning to get my boat and trailer registration (not the 1st time in my life)...nobody was there so i assume that it was going to be fast...Clerk was completely confused I brought the weight slip to register the Trailer but she said that it was not good...wrong 1st mistake and then it just took about 25 minutes for her to get all the docs (lots of people had time to get theirs faster that i did)...she gave me the bill and I paid Cash (because they don't take Credit card...who does that in 2017...) and I left... around 6 pm I get a phone call from the same clerk saying that she forgot to charge me for the trailer and said that i have to come back...absolutely not, i offer to pay with my credit card but she refused and insisted and me going back and pay cash... she even treated me to cancel the registration...I am going to see if they are cancelling it and if so I will make a complaint to the BBB.
This is unacceptable!
