All post offices do not pick up the phone fast enough as we would like, it depends on the size of the branch.  I live in North Bay Village and I drive all the way because I have received a service that is superior to all other branches I have visited.  The hours are very convenient, the self service stations work well, they are open on Saturdays, which most of the other branches are not. So therefore I certainly appreciate that.   The ladies have been always nice and professional to me.

Biggest post office in the North Miami area. They always have Priority Mail boxes in stock plus there is an automated machine that can be used all day long (even when the office is  closed)  to ship or buy stamps. There are 3 depositories inside, 2 big enough for packages. Huge amount of mail boxes. The office keeps 3 cashiers mostly all times and 2 automated machines. They close late. The customer service is the same as other locations :/

I have a P.O. Box at this location and my package said it was delivered as usual. Went there to get my mail and my package wasn't in mailbox nor was there a yellow paper. The guy search twice and and he gave a number to call. I called the number for couple days straight no answer, call their regular number, you get busy dial tone ( what kinda post office is this). Finally got a female and she answered the phone with so much hostility and was very very rude. I tried to explain the situation, she wouldn't give me a chance to and would help but just told me in a very rude tone " well I can't help ya"
and hang up the phone.

Very helpful and efficient employees ever. This store is always full of customers but you will enter and leave quickly. You can also request your passport from here too.

This place disgustingly disgraceful! Mail carriers continuously misdeliver packages, leave packages anywhere, the post office in itself has the most  rude, ignorant, incompetent, unhelpful, ill mannered, assholes working.  They lose your packages and there's simply nothing you can  do about it. How is this system right?! They could care less about helping you resolve anything.
