Had a bad experience there due to incompetence and supervisor not doing his job,I had a package scheduled to be pickup there. Supervisor David told me that my package had been delivered and dropped up at my door and that if I stay in a apartment that it could be that someone stole it..That was incorrect because they attempted to deliver my package but couldn’t get in to my building,tracking number says attempted delivery,that’s why I called the 1800 number to have it rescheduled and I would just pick it up..but no David told me my package was stolen what a joke he need to be retrained,my tracking number say that I requested to have it picked up and he tell me the Usps man dropped it at my door,even if it was dropped of at my door,tracking number would’ve say delivered left at front door.

I called first and of course no answer so I decided to go to the PO. When I got there a lady that offered to help me find my lost package was also trying to help 5 other people at the same time. In the end I ended up waiting around with no results and no package, I walked out.

They don't answer the phone and I never receive my package on time. There's always some type of miscommunication or something.
