Our doctors and staff take pride in providing excellence in customer service and medical care for your pet. Our doctors otfen blend the best of Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine with Western Veterinary medicine to try to provide the best possible outcome for your pet.

Mission

MISSION STATEMENT
The doctors and staff of North of the River Veterinary Hospital strive to provide uncompromising, personalized service exceeding the expectations of each and every client. We are committed to work as a team, giving each patient the highest quality medical care, through continuing education and training, as well as advanced instrumentation and technology.

We, as members of the North of the River Veterinary Hospital team, in order to enrich the human animal bond and help provide a longer, healthier life to the pets of Bakersfield, dedicate our services to providing all aspects of pet health education. This shall include, prevention of disease and injury, nutrition, pet behavior and pre-purchase counseling.

North of the River Veterinary Hospital takes pride in it’s boarding and grooming services. We strive to provide a safe, healthy environment for our boarders, and to send them home in a state of grooming that is better then when they came in.

To achieve the above, we the doctors and staff, promise to work together as a team in which each member is equally important. As team members we will display the values of honesty, integrity, and loyalty to each other and to North of the River Veterinary Hospital. We will always treat each other with respect and dignity, recognizing the importance of each individual and his or her active role in providing a quality experience for each and every pet and client that visits our facility.
