Awful people. All they want is your money to submit plans you want to do to beautify your property when all they do is deny just about everything. The roads in north Olmsted are very poor and they need to simply put in storm sewers instead of canals to prevent flooding. We pay the highest in taxes around and this city can't be anymore, rundown, frustrating and ridiculous.

If i could rate this place negative stars i would, an absolute embarrassment for a publicly funded city hall, the two women they have for payments may be the rudest and most unhelpful individuals i have ever came across in my life, reality check ladies the people your being rude to every second of the day are the people that are funding you to be able to sit and do nothing inside and collect checks SAD EXCUSE FOR A COURT SYSTEM, and after reading the other reviews im not the only one hey mayor how about a re-staff

Very hard to work with them All they want to do is sit at their desk and talk And not help you in anyway Never have I dealt with anyone Just seems like you have to jump through hoops to be able to get your permit I will be glad in six years I can get out of north olmsted Can't come quick enough I am tired of the people that live in north olmsted this city workers also
