It's actually crazy that you can rate city hall. I am not sure I am qualified to do it. It seems like something only veterans should be allowed to do? It's also absolutely bonkers that someone gave city hall 3 stars with no comment. What could that possibly mean? I feel like the only American rating of City Hall is 1 star or 5. Bathrooms are great.
