I tell acquaintances to go here all the time. Been going here for twenty years now. First place I call or visit when having a problem. Easy parking, very helpful staff, and prices are very competitive. As long as you're not a jerk and ruin it, they have a generous exchange policy. We rarely buy at Menards or others since this place can and about has it all. And If they can't help you they refer you to the appropriate place too. They even have made in USA tools too. Best business around. I can see why they are still in business.

Tom and the crew are always eager to help find the right solutions and the right parts for the job. The type of personal service they offer is getting hard to find anymore and puts them at the top of our list. Keep up the great work!

Their staff is beyond helpful! They take their time to help me with every little thing that I need. They even offered to pick up my lawn mower when it needs servicing because I do not drive. Great staff.
