I was involved in a car accident and N. Smithfield Auto just finished repairing my car.  I cannot say enough GREAT things about these guys.  Dealing with my insurance company was stressful, to say the least.  Tommy took it upon himself to deal with them directly and overcame every obstacle USAA threw at us.  Sadly, my insurance company was not aware of RI law and had it not been for Tommy I would have been stuck with paying for my rental vehicle during the time that my car was being repaired.  It says a lot that Tommy is more knowledgeable of RI law than my insurance company.
This is the third time that I've used N. Smithfield Auto to repair my vehicles and every time they have gone above and beyond.  I highly recommend these guys.

I've had my car towed by this place a few times and had body work done on my car.  They are very nice,  professional and do great work. I'd suggest them to all my friends and family :)

The only Body Shop that I trust. Been there  about 8 times with family vehicles. Everything always was done correctly and they are not afraid to call the insurance companies if a supplement is needed because they missed something. A++

They towed me and did the repair work. Nice to have a one stop shop

Don't get car towed by them. I went off road, and cop didn't do accident report because I had no car damage at all. They broke our left mirror, wasn't even a tree on that side. Put a big dent in rear. Who knows what damage they caused under cause muffler hanging now. Took to our normal mechanic.
