I've had several great experiences at NSAC. Karen (front desk) and the mechanics are all wonderful to work with. They kindly explain all that is "going on" with your vehicle as well as patiently answer any your questions. I will continue to use them and am very happy to refer them to friends and family.

Very unhappy with their service.  I took my car for an inspection and no one was around to discuss the work my car needed.  The (rude) secretary gave me a much higher price than I ended up paying and didn't tell me that I had 30 days to complete the inspection I had already paid for.  

This is the information you rely on an 'auto center' to provide! 

When I called to discuss it, the secretary, again rudely, that she 'tells everyone that' and said I could talk to the owner if I 'have a problem or can't understand it.'  The owner was too busy for a paying customer and she condescendingly offered the number to the state inspection commission.

I never write negative reviews.  This is my first and I can say that I will never be using their services again.

Called at 8 in the morning explained that we lost brakes while traveling, they got us right in. Very pleasant staff and they know their stuff when it comes to vehicles. Would definitely use them again.

Friendly staff and high quality service at great prices! The technicians were very informative and gave an honest diagnosis without over selling you on parts you don’t need. I would highly recommend North Smithfield Automotive Center for all your automotive needs!

Not trustworthy at all! Lied about what my car needed, charged me $500 and the part broke a month later...
