95 degrees and no place to be in AC according to staff. I was having a visible heat episode and no staff or guests suggested I try to cool off in the AC near the restrooms. Server never offered to refill water or ask if I felt better.

Just a bench. Can be hot, can be cold, just sit on the bench and wait for the train (usually in late)

My experience was great upon arriving I called Cosmic Cab and was met with prompt local cab service, which brought me safely to my destination. Locally owned and drivers licensed by the City of Northampton.
