FRAUD / ΚΛΕΦΤΕΣ / THIEVES / LADRONES: They draw $money from your account without your authorization. Stay away DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY CHECKS, they will get in your checking account, just like everyone else here they did it to me too!!
P.s. They use 3 different names that i know so far...

100% fraud agency. I know 3 gas station owners from Chicago are the victims of  their looting, Insureds are paying premium directly to  insurance company through insured's bank EFT. This agency  steel huge money looting from insureds bank a/c without their knowledge or consent,  even after insureds cancel or change the  agent on record . When ever  insureds call them , very rare occasion  they attend phone replying ' we are working on it, I shall call you back tomorrow'  same answer all the time. 90 % occasion they don't attend phone. Yesterday from Chicago we visit their Rockford office for the same purpose. Still the same answer & they are hurrying to exempt us. Even they don't ask us to sit  their office.  We met 3 staff, all their attitude  is same, then they are all hurry up for going out of their office.  What an experience ? Please donot  inform this agency for your bank details, especially from outside Rockford clients.  Keep away from  this agency.It is good for you. This words are 100 % real experience.

SCAMMERS!  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR GIVE THEM YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBERS!!  I actually had done business with this company years ago so when someone from their office came in to quote me on commercial insurance I didn't think much of it.  My mistake was giving him account numbers in the reference check section of an application.  I did not go with this company for insurance but shortly there after I noticed an ACH withdrawal from my account that I had not authorized.  I called my bank and stopped the payment but this company continues to try to withdrawal money.  I have called the company numerous times but continue to get pushed off into the owner's and vice president's voice mail and they never bother to return the calls.  DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!  Zero stars should be an option.

They are thieves. They withdrew $10K from my account and refuse to return it. They are being investigated by ILL dept of insurance & attorney general.

Can I give this company a zero?? Withdrew a triple payment from my account and it took them almost four months to issue a refund.  I literally had to call everyday after the first two months to get some one to call me back from Northern.  Left the Owner 10 messages over two days before anyone who could do something finally called me back.  Cancelled my insurance with them in March and April 1st they hit my account again! Truly a bunch of crooks! Do your self a favor and find another insurance provider.
