Was not very pleased with Northern Lights Casino. My girlfriend and I just went there to have dinner and gamble for a little bit. At first we went to the players club card and the guy threw my card at me and then was disrespectful to my girlfriend and threw her card at her too. She wanted to ignore it and just go eat so we did. Only one waitress in the buffet on Friday night so we went with out drinks with our meal and they didn't have butter for crab. Not a very good buffet either. Really small and few choices. The gaming selection isn't very good either way to many really old games and the few new slot machines they have are not even the popular ones you see at other casinos. There was one black jack table open. Just very disappointed with this casino all around.

Horrible!!! We are staying at chase on the lake resort and called for a shuttle which we were told would come within an hour. After an hour and leaving the bar to go back to the resort to wait for the shuttle (which we were very much enjoying ourselves at) we called to see how much longer until the shuttle would arrive, the man on the phone said "the shuttle is out picking up employees which is our priority right now." We asked how much longer and he said our employees are more important so I don't know. They obviously never had any intention of picking us up at all so I am very confused as to why they even said they would in the first place. After working in customer service for over 20 years I wouldn't give this casino any business based on my experience!!

Nice clean place.  They provide electrical hookups for RVs and campers in their parking lot.  The parking lot is well lit at night.  We stayed for a night on our way through town.
