I go here the most when I choose to gamble because it is the closest. I don't have much luck here at all versus other casinos. It's a nice place, staff can be friendly, plenty of food options, hotel and pool, arcade and children's area, and a lot of smoke on the gambling floor. You will leave smelling like a cigarette.

I have very few complaints about the casino. It's on my way to work. It tends to be low key and relaxed which I like. The staff are amazing. The only complaint I have is it seems like the cards are rigged in blackjack. I play blackjack with my friends all the time. I never lose 10-12 hands in a row but it always happens like that in Mille Lacs. Blackjack is supposed to be as close to 50/50 odds as you can get yet I have yet to see anyone at their blackjack tables win anywhere near half their games. Believe it or not the slot machines probably have better odds. It's too bad because I like playing blackjack.

Went to new sports bar, B3, in the casino. Food way over priced. Burger was $10.50 and it was just the burger, no fries, chips, or anything else. Fries was an extra $2. Waitress had was not found whenever we needed her. Food was delivered by a cook. Drinks delivered by what we assumed was a manager. Pop which we paid for, that is free on the casino floor, a whopping 25 feet away. To say the least I won't be going back to that sports bar again.

The guest service was amazing. The rooms are well cleaned and organized when you check in. All the employees are very nice. A great experience, and will come again.

The hotel is awesome.  Our room was very nice! The casino however, was gross. Way too much smoke.  We found the non-smoking area but it really wasn't because there was still smoke in the very tiny area. Would be nice of it were a non-smoking casino but its not and we won't be going back.
