The employees are incredibly sweet and kind. They are very accommodating if you need anything for any reason and healthily encourage questions instead of acting like you should know some things about your pet already. They provide many resources and encourage calls and are such a joy to work with. My kitty doesn't even mind going, guys. A cat. That does not mind the vet. That's incredible! He got to input his own weight and he's treated very sweetly and with not a single ounce of roughness like in some other clinics. Thank you for attending to my cat with so much love.

Today was our first visit to Northside Animal Hospital - The staff went out of their way to make our 4 year old Lab feel at ease and comfortable. I have never seen him so relaxed during a vet visit. Special thanks to Dr. Brooks, Mary and Stephanie!

I tragically lost my dog suddenly and needed help with her remains to be cremated. The staff at Northside were very helpful and courteous with my grief. They accomodated my situation with respect and empathy. I even received a sympathy card too. It was a simple gesture that really was heartfelt and well-received in my time of grief.
