Kathy and her staff are the best! Kathy was so helpful throughout the process and very talented. Because of her (and my other wonderful vendors), I had such a beautiful reception! The flowers received so many compliments and Kathy's prices are very reasonable. She is also willing to work within budgets as well, which is so nice! Truly a trust worthy person who loves what she does.

Kathy and her team were so helpful, especially as I planned a wedding from another state. I sent in photo ideas, and Northside Florist made mockups, so I could envision my flowers even from far away. They were flexible as I added bouts to my order, and were very conscious of my budget. I'm glad I trusted in them for my special day!

The lady that took my call and listen to the reason, I called was so kind and caring. I explained about my wife at Moffitt Cancer Center. I asked for something bright and cheerful.
When the flowers arrived my wife started crying and the staff at Moffitt did too. The arrangement was so beautiful.

I wish that I knew the lady's name at the florists. She went well above my expectations. I did call her personally and Thank her.

I am from out of town, I just pick this number by my phone recommendation.

I now want to personally recommend Northside Florist for all of your needs.

Thanks again, it will never be forgotten of your kindness, caring and the beautiful flower arrangement.

I placed a order on Janurary 19th for Valentines day to be delivered on the 14 th .I used Telaflora for the order and selected Northside Florist as they had good reviews , Well, 400 PM came and went with no delivery to my wife. You would think that ordering a month early would guarantee a early delivery, not at the end of the day on valentines day. I called Northside earlier in the day and was told they were out for delivery in vans and cars and if they were not delivered by 4 pm to call again . I called again at 4:10 after my wife said nothing had came for her . I was told by the lady who answered the phone at Northside florist she would check on the order and call me back. But now waiting a extra 30 minutes for a return call.  This was a waste of money as the flowers could not be enjoyed by her and I am so disappointed for her. I will never use either Telaflora or Northside again for my flower orders.  A Valentines day surprise for my wife ruined by poor customer service and a waste of 75.00. I do not recommend using Telaflora or Northside Florist if you want someone to get a order in a reasonable amount of time on a day where flowers are a big thing. The delivery fee for this terrible service was 15.99 .

I am so thrilled with the floral arrangements Northside Florist created for my wedding day. They were beautiful and so elegant! From day one, the customer service was fantastic, and Kathy completely understood my vision. I highly recommend Northside Florist. You will not be disappointed!
