Prices are good for bulk items.  If you plan on buying electronics, I highly suggest you fully research what you are buying before going to Sam's bc the workers do not seem educated on the products.  The prices are competitive on electronics, just don't go there asking questions, and they don't seem to have a dedicated person for that area.  Customer service is slim but for the cheaper prices Sam's offers, it is what it is.

I have used their "buy online pick up in store" service twice and both times have been such a horrible event.
My stuff is never ready even though you have to provide a pick up time and they send you a "ready" confirmation.
The first time I waited 45 minutes for my stuff standing there on the concrete floor, I could have just shopped and would have been moving and probably finished in same time or sooner!!!
The second time same thing and the lazy clerks don't want to help they just stare at you like you have the issue....grrr so frustrating what is the point of this service if you don't save any time, not like i'm getting a discount to use it !!!
My coworker went to this location yesterday and had the same issues, food not ready and one clerk who had to go get it. Shame on you Sam's Club you know we have to pay to use your club so get it together!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They almost always have things that want to buy including a nice selection of seasonal items. I enjoy walking around in a big, safe environment. I can take my time and look at different items. Shop at my own pace. They had a (free to members) health fair yesterday offering blood pressure checks, fasting blood sugar checks & cholesterol screening. Staff is friendly, helpful.
