They  took such good care of my dog baby. She loved them. They go over and beyond to take care of your fur child. I will not take her anywhere else.

I came with my roommate to take her dog to get shots/checked out and everyone there is super kind. We got lost so we called them for help but they were not irritated or impatient at all. They were gentle and kind to her puppy who seemed to enjoy the entire experience because the workers were genuinely loving on not just my roommates dog but others and interested in taking good care of him. The place is clean as well as their bathroom that is located in the back of the building. If I had my own pet this is where I would bring them.

They've always taken care of my pets as if they were their own. Great people!
Their pricing is quite good compared to most other veterinarians.
Staff is always friendly and professional. Thank you all!

My family has tried several (!) different veterinarians in Pottawatomie, Pontotoc, and Seminole counties in the past 15 years. Northside has been the ONLY place where my family feels as comfortable as our fur babies when interacting with the staff and doctors. I always recommend Northside when I hear someone mention that a pet is sick or injured. Thank you Northside for caring like you do!!!

The staff & doctors are a very caring team. Our animals have no anxiety when we go there, they love it. I have made many calls to them & always get the truth, spoke to in a professional manor, & get call backs if necessary. They are wonderful I am so very glad we have Northside in Shawnee. They are really appreciated and loved by our family, friends & our animals. God Bless them.
