Northtown did great work for my entire family. They first put in a new kitchen and bathroom at my parents house, updated fixtures and plumbing - all for a great price! 

Pat and Mike came out in January this year to assess a job we wanted them to do. They were friendly and efficient that day. We hired them to move our kitchen and update our bathroom -- a big task they took on easily. They made the process fairly smooth and Mike was helpful with each stage.

The only con about working with this company was their communication. They originally said they would start in February and I couldn't get ahold of them until March. But when they started they did excellent work! Their guys were so friendly, they showed up here every day and worked very effectively and efficiently. 

We've had countless comments about our beautiful new kitchen and bathroom! Thanks Northtown!

We had our house re sided in March. Four months later after a storm some of our siding blew off. We have called and texted Pat at least four times to have someone come out to replace it. It's been over a week and we still have not received a response. The customer service by Pat during and after the job is horrible. The ONLY time he kept in touch with us was when he was asking for a cash draw on our balance due. There was no clean up after the job until we repeatedly asked for someone to come out. Even then it was a shoddy clean up job. We are still finding nails on the ground. Pat was full of excuses about everything.  If I could give this company zero stars.....I would. I definitely will not use this company again nor recommend them to anyone.

I hired Northtown Construction Inc. to do some work for me earlier this year. They did not do what they said they were going to do, whether it was verbal or written. When they actually did some work, it was shoddy at best. They have not returned emails or phone calls and they have not returned to fix or complete their work. They did not clean up after themselves and they had no respect for my property. I would not refer them to anyone based on the work they did for me. Caveat emptor.

Promised a lifetime warranty on leaks in new roof. Nails were left protruding. Fascia blew off the side within 90 days. Roof leaking after 6 months. Contacted the company several times each promising to fix and never heard back from them.

Great Company! Honest People! I'm a single woman and had my roof done by another company two years ago. The other company wouldn't warranty their work when the roof leaked after that bad storm here in Lansing. I later found out they went out of business.  But the good news is that Northtown Construction sent out a man named Pat who took compassion on our situation. He inspected everywhere... he even went inside my attic which no other company did that. Pat wanted to take off the entire roof because he said he doesn't know if the other company did the work right... He's the only one that said that, but I'm glad we listened because we found out the previous company didn't use any Ice Blocker. I have had a lot of work done, but this company showed up when they said, they cleaned up everything, the project didn't go one cent over, and in fact Pat gave me front gutters for free to help with some water that was leaking in my basement. I even got a call checking up on the work after I paid. I was worried since I'm a single woman, but this company cares about the customer and goes above and beyond.
