Seems like this company hasn't changed. I bought a new roof, insulation, and siding from these crooks several years ago.
They promised to replace rotted wood but watched as they tried to put the siding on over the rotted wood. They didn't cut the ridge vent wide enough so now my attic gets so hot in the summer that it melted my Christmas candles stored in the attic.
Currently, my siding is drooping under the windows and has separate from the slots. I have had to take these down, recut them and reinstall.
DO NOT buy their gutter guard system. Snow and ice build up on top of the guards then the stuff melts and pours over the edge of the gutter, thus creating that black stain on your gutters.
Bad company and awful customer service once you sign this contract.

They sold me gutter guards that weren't adequate for my roof and water continually overflowed and ruined my sidewalk and driveway with overflow. I had them removed and their installer told me they should have never been sold to me in the first place. when I called to speak to the owner he would never return my call. I'm out the cost of the gutter guards, the frustration, and now I have to replace sidewalk and driveway is cracking.  THANKS Streamline. I would never recommend them.

Get a couple quotes before you call them, they do great work, but I. Finding out after the fact they can be a little more expensive than other places.  I am satisfied with the roof, but the cost I am finding was 10-20% higher what others would have charged.

There is almost nothing to be happy about with Streamline's work. My girlfriend and I bought a roof and gutters from them because they were highly rated online. 
   We specifically asked Rob, who sold the job to us, if they use sub-contractors or not because we didn't want whatever random crew was available that day. He lied and said he only used his guys. 
   The contract said they would replace any bad wood, and when they left some they insulted my girlfriend by telling her "she doesn't know the difference between peeling paint and rotted wood."
  We wanted wood replaced on my patio overhang. They didn't do that, it broke and they just put decking and shingles over it. Now it looks worse than before.
   There is several smaller issues like leaving nails all over my driveway, not caulking exposed nails on the roof, and making mistakes with venting so it didn't pass inspection the first time.
  Maybe this company used to be better, but they don't care about quality as much as they do about getting paid and moving to the next job.
