This company has the absolute worst customer service. After ducking phone calls for months being hung up on was the final straw. Luckily we used our credit card for the down payment, mind you this was on Aug 4th 2017. We were able to go back to the bank and dispute the charge so we got our $875 back in December. Once they had our deposit they went silent no one was ever in the office. Don't give them cash, don't give them business! Horrible experience.

DO NOT WORK WITH THESE GYPSY CON ARTISTS! WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NOT DO WHAT IS CONTRACTED, Trei Deubel is the owner but you will never be able to come close to this con artist. Attorney Generals office is involved and was told they are not licensed. horrible customer service or should I say no customer service. Horrible workmanship, been over a year and job not done. Now they have disappeared. I just wanted my job done and done right but no one was even willing to speak with me, other than some guy that had no control (Adam). Complain to Attorney Generals office if you've had any kind of issue with this con artist company! Call the police, file reports, contact crimestoppers; which was suggested by my lawyer.

scam , scam, scam 26k for 10 windows and a 18 sq roof. ridiculous, People do your research these guys prices are no where near industry standard. when I called and asked for a copy of my quote they would not give me one.

The Windows I had installed in the spring of 2012 did not meet my expectations based upon the salesman's demonstration using a heat lamp demo...Lol, JR Neely and the installer had told me. They'll perform lying magic and tell you lies in leu of making a sale. There isn't anything spectacular or special about these windows. The specifications on these windows were equivalent to what was already the industry standard. I was told these are Weather Lock Windows as if that made them special. Alside manufactured these windows and they never heard of Weather Lock. This was also checked for the type of glass. No such glass type exists. Once a year JR Neely has two salesman canvas my area. They waisted my time and one of them I allowed to use my bathroom and he stunk it up really bad... smelled for days. Now my property is posted with No Solicitation signs. If you want something done right, save yourself huge expenses and these kinds of troubles you'll be far better off going with DIY projects. That's what I do now and I'm loving the experience.

One of the worst companies ever. Sales person said they use their own crews, described as siding experts, to do their siding. We found out they subcontracted roofers to do the job. So many problems with the work such as the caulking around the windows was never removed the old caulking before recaulking leaving a sloppy mess. Some of the j channel and other componets were cracked when installed. I spoke to the owner and he agreed that many things needed to be redone. We made a win win agreement in which I paid an additional $400 to have all things fixed. They took my money and never fixed anything and now the owner will not return my calls. I got estimates from other contracters stating that at minimal it would be $4000 for the repairs. Do not be fooled by positive reviews. With JR Neely it is a crap shoot.
