Doctors and staff are excellent and friendly. The doctors explain your needs as a person and I are not in a hurry to get to the next patient!

Dr. Anderson in the Plymouth Office is a great MD. I have been her patients for over 10 years and seen her for a variety of illnesses from traveling and injuries due to an active and athletic lifestyle. She knows her stuff, knows my history, takes the time to listen and recommends treatment within my budget. Dr. Anderson also always gets me in on time and out within an hour. She is a nice lady and cares too. As for areas where NWFP needs improvement, one would be in RX refills. Refill requests made online oftentimes are not responded to and when you follow-up by phone it can take several attempts and days to get the refill. I also would not at all recommend seeing Melanie A. Hoiland, PA-C. I have seen her more than once because Dr. Anderson was out. She loves to run up your bill charging the maximum on everything and running a bunch of tests. She is very expensive. She is also incompetent. For example, she switched my BP medication and then had me give a blood sample. The sample said the new RX made my potassium to low. Instead of switching to another RX she made me come in 4 more times to give blood and have it checked. Each time my Potassium was to low. As a result, I had to pay for all of those tests out of my own pocket and I was unemployed at the time which she was told. I finally got into Dr. Anderson, she prescribed a different RX and it worked fine. The PA made me go through weeks of unnecessary needle pricks, tests and bills!!!
