I live in East Haven, but my mom picked me up and took me to the ER in Norwalk (where she lives) the entire experience was really great to be honest. From the front desk, the DR., and my nurse. My nurse name was Jacob and he was so sweet. I guess experiencing not so great staff in the New Haven area made me appreciate the great staff in Norwalk even more. I also gave birth in this hospital a year ago. And again nothing but positivity. Each time has been very quick, and prompt. They are very attentive, and caring. I very much reccommend this hospital.
