I love this place. The staff is very competent and accommodating. I've been to the Norwalk Hospital and the Norwalk offices. They are very clean and inviting. Doctor Pendyala is my favorite. I've seen all of the other doctors but she is my main doctor. They delivered my first child and will delivery the second very soon. Even though I moved to another town, I will keep coming back to them.

The staff is beyond accommodating and offers each patient a jovial and professional approach. Each office is clean and welcoming. The treatment team is punctual. Every person you interact with is seasoned at their practice, competent and empathetic. Women's Health Care of New England takes what could very well be an unpleasant experience and makes it an enjoyable one.

I've been going to Womans Health Care of New England for 8 years now. I absolutely love them! Everyone there treats you so nice, they make you feel really comfortable, every time I go I feel at ease. All the Doctors are amazing but my favorite is Dr. Pendyala she's very sweet!

The I-Park office is dirty, the rooms look more like your in a clinic. The hospital location is a lot more cleaner, less crowded, and some what professional. I had been seeing the same Dr. since I was 16 and when he started here I decided to continue with him and switched my offices to this one, BIG MISTAKE. Wouldn't recommend either of the Norwalk Locations to my worst enemy. The words HIPPA mean nothing here, the staff has changed a lot and consist of mostly individuals who can careless if your booked with the right doctor or not. On two occasions I drove from work in NYC and was booked with the wrong doctor who I had been seeing for 8 years so I don't know how that could had happened being my client history reflects who I see. Last but not least I found out after switching doctors my insurance was billed for a yearly exam I didn't have being my appointment was scheduled with the wrong doctor twice and had to be canceled. Other info: they never update information in their system regarding clients contact info, the weekend on-call doctors will take 3 hour or more to call you back and tell you to go to the Urgent Care or Hospital until the following week when someone from the office will call you back to schedule an appointment which never happens, and the office pretty much closes when they feel like it.
