Well this is a famous Nothing Bundt Cakes just as any of them are the cakes are fantastic.   I took 4 stars off my review because they are not answering their phones.   They're voice mail box is also full and so there is no way for the workers to call back once they're free.   If this ever becomes fixed I will change my review to 5 stars.

I had to call twice within the last hour of them closing for them to pick up.

During the morning, I had to call 3 times.

I just don't see that as acceptable business practice if they want to retain customers.  I nearly canceled my order because I could not contact that.

I got one of their white chocolate raspberry bundtletes at Darienfest. It was very tasty! Going to have to stop by the store for special events. Update, I picked up an 8" cake and a couple bundtlings they were so good to take to a Christmas get together.

We've picked up cakes multiple times and are always happy. The people who work there are very helpful and friendly.

I called and ordered 12 bundtinis. I gave specifics on the flavors I wanted, and specifics that I did not want any Red Velvet. So I picked them up, drive home, and did not look at them until the next day. Well, when I opened the box what did I find? Red Velvet. Needless to say I threw them away and consequently was short the number I needed. Very disappointing that they couldn't get the order right, especially paying that much money. I will not visit this location again and will try my luck at another store next time.
