We have been using NOVA Mobile Vet pretty much right after they opened for business.  They are kind and compassionate and don't try to hard sell me unneeded services.  My animals are relaxed in their presence which is tells me the most.  From routine vaccinations and nail clippings to in home euthanasia.   My family thanks the entire staff for making uncomfortable situations so much easier on us all!

I have 4 small Chi’s. I originally tried them for convenience. They were so warm, gentle, and kind they are our primary vets. They were more thorough during a basic physical exam than I have ever experienced. As we discussed each dog, they enlightened in each issue I brought up- medical and temperament. Test results were given on the spot. No pushing up charges like teeth cleaning every year.  Most important, they took time to connect with each dog before starting and prodding around. By far the best experience ever!

Dr. Cyan and Bonnie were not only patient explaining the process but very caring.
They gave us enough time to spend with our four legged baby, they were very compassionate and made sure we took our time with her before having to say good bye.

We are patients at another vet with a regular doctor, but wanted to have the "end-of-life" care conducted at home rather than the stressful environment of the vet's office.  NoVa got and reviewed the records from our regular vet, arrived within the appointment window, conducted a thorough exam and then performed the procedure.  They were very professional and communicated everything that was happening, at all times being very sensitive to our grief.  They made a very difficult process at least a bit less painful for all involved (pet & people).

I recently had to make the very difficult decision to have my beloved cat who I have had in my family for 20 years euthanized.  Dr. Cryan and his wonderful staff helped make this decision much easier.  As she had been doing fairly well (for a 20 year old cat) until the day prior, Dr. Cryan looked for any signs that the problem was only temporary; and when it was determined that it was not, he provided me with options and the potential outcome for those options.  Dr. Cryan never rushed me to make a decision and was totally supportive and compassionate.
